Key Responsibilities
Shop Setup & Maintenance
• Set up the shop daily and ensure it is clean organized and presentable.
• Handle routine cleaning duties to maintain a welcoming environment.
Customer Service & Sales
• Welcome customers warmly and assist with their needs.
• Guide customers through product selection and make recommendations.
• Actively upsell products to enhance the customer experience and increase transaction value.
• Assist customers during payment and checkout.
Post-Sale Support
• Escort customers after purchase as needed to ensure satisfaction and security.
Stock Management
• Assist with stock control regular reviews and inventory checks.
• Receive and verify deliveries.
• Stock organizing and arranging for cartons.
Requirements
• Hardworking and selfmotivated.
• Salesoriented with a customerfirst attitude.
• Flexible and adaptable to daily tasks.
• Previous retail or hospitality experience is a plu.
• Preferred age range: mid20s to early 30s.
