Role Overview
Manage online customer inquiries present steel wire products across digital platforms drive sales conversions and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Execution: Respond promptly to customer inquiries across social media/online platforms and close sales targets.
- Customer Service: Provide accurate product details pricing and follow up on customer orders.
- Account Management: Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing clients.
- Reporting: Track daily sales activities and report customer feedback to management.
Requirements
- High level of responsibility and strong work ethic (ឧសសហពយយម នង មនករទទលខសតរវខពស).
- Good communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic familiarity with online social media platforms and sales channels.
- Previous experience in online sales or the steel/construction material industry is a plus.
