Sales Project Manager

Salary: Negotiable

The Sales Project Manager will lead plan and execute project sales strategies to drive revenue and market expansion for company. This role requires strong leadership high-level client relationship management and the ability to oversee the sales team to ensure target achievement.

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans for real estate/leasing projects to meet company revenue goals.
• Team Leadership: Lead mentor and monitor the performance of Sales Project Executives and Admins.
• Client Relations: Identify negotiate and close key deals with major corporate clients investors and prospective tenants.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand trends competitor activities and pricing strategies.
• Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports and forecasts for senior management.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Real Estate or a related field.
• 35 years of proven experience in sales management project sales or real estate development.
• Strong leadership negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Khmer and English (Chinese is a plus).
• Result-driven proactive and capable of working under high pressure.
