Service Sales Person
Job Summary
Our team in Bulgaria is growing rapidly and we are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Service sales person to be based in Sofia to handle Service Sales.
In this role you will lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and customers which are strategic or nationally/locally important. You will proactively identify solutions that add value to our strategic customers and major projects building & maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to retain existing maintenance contracts and proactively generate more opportunities within and outside our current customer base.

What youll be looking for:
Proactively develop and create customer relationships in your area of responsibility
Ensures customer satisfaction and solve complaints with the rest of the KONE team
Document and maintain the customer and contact information
Accountable for leads opportunities orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets
Accountable for finding customer needs and KONEs solution matching with those needs
Responsible for pricing using the approved tendering tools
Validate that the contents of the contract are in line with the negotiation process outcome
Ideal Skills Education and Experience:
Bachelor Degree
Minimum 4 years experience in one of the following: Complex Sales Process Management or Key Account Management
Experience within the same or similar industries working with developers main contractors and consultants
Ability to interpret and analyze customer needs
Passion for sales with a proven track record and a strong customer focus
Futuristic approach and passionate about new technologies and digitalization
Fluency in English both written and spoken
