Payroll and Operational Accountant

We are expanding our Finance team and are looking for a Payroll and Operational Accountant who is eager to learn thrives in a collaborative environment and is motivated to grow and share knowledge.
What to expect:
Prepare employment contracts additional agreements and termination documentation
Manage the full payroll cycle-processing monthly payroll bonuses and deductions
Administ the leave management system - paid leave sick leave and other absences
Maintain accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with local labour and tax legislation
Support other payroll-related activities and documentation
Perform day-to-day accounting operations in close collaboration with the Senior Accountant
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Job requirements
The perfect candidate meets the following:
At least 1 year of relevant work experience
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
Advanced Excel skills
Fluency in English
