Job summary:
The Kitting and Inventory Associateis responsible for assembling organizing and packaging individual components into kits for further shipping purposes. This role ensures that all kits are assembled accurately and efficiently meeting quality standards and maintaining inventory control.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Accurately pick and assemble components into kits based on given directions and set requirements.
Ensure proper packaging of kits for safe and efficient transportation.
Print all the necessary labels for the kits assembly.
Properly label each kit component and the kit box for easy identification and quick access.
Verify the correct quantities and quality of components (e.g. expiry date) before assembling kits.
Order all the consumables and packing materials used/ needed for the kit assembly process.
Perform inventory control.
Perform routine quality control checks.
Responsible for the accurate and organized storage of kit components.
Responsible for maintaining and updating the inventory tracker regularly ensuring accurate tracking of stock levels timely documentation of incoming and outgoing materials and identifying discrepancies to support efficient inventory management and minimizing stockouts or overstock situations.
Assist with unpacking and receiving of inbound shipments into the warehouse management system.
Track and properly document the assembly of kits including quantities and any special requirements (LOT number expiry date etc) in kit tracker files.
Book couriers prepare the kit shipments (in and out of Bulgaria) and all the documents related to shipments notify and keep updated all interested parties for the status of ordered kit.
Prepare ad hoc reports related to the kitting database/trackers according to the needs of the company.
Maintain in order the Inventory of archived and freshly processed samples of the company.
Introduce and update the data for the samples in the virtual freezers physical freezers and all the samples databases and trackers ERP systems on daily bases
Participate in regular audits and cycle stock counts.
General administrative and operational work such as keeping registries maintaining time sheets and other reports and trackers.
Maintain an organized and clean workspace adhering to all safety and organizational guidelines.
Requirements:
University degree preferred
Fluent in English
Organized detail oriented
Good communication skills
MS Office (Word Excel) good knowledge
