Job Summary

As our Key Account Manager you will be the driving force behind integrating Bosch and Hitachi HVAC solutions into a wide range of construction projects. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders to ensure our products are specified from the earliest stages of project development.

Job responsibilities:

  • Project Pipeline Development: Proactively identify track and pursue new construction and renovation projects (commercial residential and industrial) that present opportunities for our HVAC portfolio
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Establish maintain and strengthen relationships with a network of key decision-makers including Designers & Architects M&E Consultants Investors & Developers General Contractors & Building Companies
  • Strategic Specification: Work closely with technical teams to provide tailored solutions and secure Bosch or Hitachi products
  • Product Portfolio Champion: Act as the go-to expert for our core HVAC offerings with a primary focus on VRF systems. You will also manage and promote our wider portfolio including Heat Pumps Gas Boilers and Split Air-Conditioning systems
  • Market Intelligence: Keep up with market trends competitor activities and new project announcements to identify strategic opportunities
  • Collaboration: Work together with internal sales technical support and marketing team to provide a seamless and exceptional experience for the clients

Qualifications :

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Key Account Management Business Development or Specification Sales role within the HVAC M&E or construction materials industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of VRF and HVAC systems is highly desirable. Familiarity with Bosch Hitachi or similar brands is a plus
  • Demonstrable success in project-based sales and securing product specifications
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good organizational skills high level of responsibility 
  • Proactive personality ability to prioritize the workload good time-management multitasking 
  • Advanced level of English (written and spoken) B2 or above
  • Advanced computer skills: Excel PowerPoint SAP and MSCRM experience
  • A valid drivers license and willingness to travel to meet with clients and visit project sites
