The Role
We are urgently hiring a German-Speaking Customer Solution Specialist to join our team in Sofia Bulgaria. This is a fully on-site position you will be working from our Sofia offices as part of a dynamic international team.

Your Responsibilities
- Deliver customer support in German from our Sofia offices
- Handle inbound requests via phone email and chat
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate in person with internal teams across tech and non-tech projects
- Log and document interactions in our CRM tools
Your Profile
- German : native or bilingual level (primary working language)
- English : minimum B2 level required
- Experience in customer support customer service or a similar role is a plus
- Comfortable with digital tools and tech environments
- Available to join the team in Sofia as soon as possible
