We are hiring German & English Speaking Player Support Specialists for an exciting opportunity in Sofia Bulgaria.

As a Player Support Specialist you will provide professional assistance to players helping them resolve inquiries and ensuring a smooth and positive gaming experience. You will work in an international environment where your language skills and customer service abilities will be highly valued.

• Provide support to players through different communication channels
• Handle account gameplay and technical-related inquiries
• Deliver accurate and timely solutions
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Maintain professional communication with customers

• Fluent/native-level German language skills
• Fluent English skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-focused mindset
• Willingness to work on-site in Sofia Bulgaria

• 1500 gross relocation bonus (paid in 2 instalments)
