Job Description:
Cross Border Talents is looking for a Serbian-speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialist with strong Serbian and English skills to join our clients team in Sofia Bulgaria.
In this on-site role you will contribute to creating a safer and more trustworthy digital environment by reviewing and managing online content ensuring compliance with platform policies and supporting user safety.
Location: Sofia Bulgaria
Work Model: On-site
Schedule: Monday to Sunday Rotating shifts
Employment Type: Full-time
Gross Salary: 1280/month
Relocation Support: Available
Relocation Package Includes:
- 1500 gross relocation bonus (paid in 2 instalments)
- 21 days of company-provided accommodation upon arrival

Requirements:
- Fluent Serbian language skills
- Good English communication skills
- Willingness to work on-site in Sofia Bulgaria
- Ability to work rotating shifts
