Your Role
As a German-Speaking Customer Support Advisor you will assist customers of a leading Swiss
telecommunications provider delivering outstanding service while identifying sales opportunities and
maximizing customer satisfaction.
Provide customer support via inbound calls
Analyse and resolve customer inquiries
Provide information on administrative and technical topics (products billing etc.)
Perform updates in internal systems
Escalate issues or calls to other departments when necessary

Base Salary: 1636.14 gross/month
Training and Tenure Bonuses offered
Billing Skills Bonus: 102.25 gross
Unlimited Sales Bonus: Top performers earn more than 1000/month.
