Job Title: German & English-speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisor

Location: Sofia Bulgaria (Hybrid 1 week/month in office)
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:
We are currently looking for German and English-speaking professionals to join a growing international team in Sofia this role you will support logistics and delivery operations ensuring smooth communication and high-quality service for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support related to logistics and delivery processes
• Communicate with customers via phone email or chat
• Resolve delivery issues and ensure timely solutions
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and cases
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality

Requirements:

• Fluent or native-level German (C1)
• Good command of English (B2)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (1 week/month in Sofia office)
• Flexibility to work MondaySaturday within 08:0021:00

Offer:

• Gross salary: 1535/month
• 1500 relocation bonus (paid in 2 instalments)
