About the Role
On behalf of a leading international telecommunications company we are looking for German-speaking Customer Advisors to join our growing team in Sofia. With multiple intake dates between June and August 2026 we offer flexible start dates ideal for candidates ready to start a new chapter abroad.
Your Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries in German within the telecommunications sector via phone email and chat
- Resolve issues and complaints efficiently with a solution-focused approach
- Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system
- Contribute actively to team targets and quality standards
Your Profile
- German native or C1/C2 level mandatory
- English B2 minimum
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Interest in or experience within the telecommunications sector is a plus
- Open and ready to relocate to Sofia Bulgaria
