French-Speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialist

We are looking for a French-Speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join an international digital platform project in Sofia Bulgaria.

This is an on-site role where you will use your French and English language skills to help maintain a safe trustworthy and positive digital environment for users.

• Review and moderate digital content and advertisements according to platform policies and guidelines.
• Help maintain a safe and trustworthy online environment.
• Identify content that may violate platform standards and take appropriate action according to internal procedures.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases when required.
• Apply policies consistently while maintaining high quality and accuracy standards.
• Work with content in both French and English.
• Please note that the role may involve reviewing sensitive or potentially disturbing content.

• Fluent French language skills.
• Good level of English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established policies and procedures.
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and online content.
• Ability to work professionally with potentially sensitive content.
• Availability to work on-site in Sofia Bulgaria.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday.
• EU citizenship or a valid Bulgarian work permit is required.

• Monday to Sunday.
• Full-time rotational shift-based schedule.
• Exact shift hours will be confirmed during the official offer process.
• On-site in Sofia Bulgaria.

• On-site training is provided.
• Full project and process training will be provided before starting regular duties.

• 1485 gross per month.
• Relocation support available for eligible candidates.
• Company-provided temporary accommodation upon arrival.
• Assistance with finding long-term accommodation.
• International working environment.
