Content Moderator

Looking for an international opportunity in Sofia

We are hiring Content Moderators (French Speaker) to join an international team dedicated to maintaining a safe and trusted online environment.

As a Digital Trust & Safety Specialist you will review user-generated content and ensure it complies with platform policies and community guidelines. Your work will directly contribute to creating a safer digital experience for millions of users worldwide.

Your responsibilities:
Review and analyze user-generated content and back-office information
Take appropriate action on content that violates policies or poses risks
Apply internal guidelines accurately and consistently
Identify patterns and trends to proactively address potential risks
Handle large volumes of information while maintaining high quality standards

What were looking for:
Fluent French
English level B2 or above
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Comfortable reviewing sensitive information
Ability to justify decisions with clear and logical reasoning
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience in fraud investigation spam detection or content moderation is a plus
