Job Summary:

As aSupply Chain Synchronization Internat Colgate-Palmolive you will support the team in analyzing distribution plans to help maintain optimal inventory levels across our distribution centers. This role is an excellent opportunity to learn about timely product replenishment network balancing and how we synchronize supply with demand. Under the guidance of experienced planners you will assist in managing network movements understanding truckload optimization rules and executing daily planning routines.

Core Responsibilities:

• Support DRP Processes:Assist in monitoring the Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) for a specific product segment learning how products flow from plants to distribution centers.

• System Monitoring & Alerts:Review system-generated plans and utilize alerts to help identify potential supply shortages or overstock situations.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with internal teams to learn how different areas of the supply chain connect and close planning gaps.

• Inventory Tracking:Help track inventory levels at distribution centers ensuring they align with targets established by the Supply Chain Synchronization Lead.

• Data & KPI Maintenance:Assist in gathering data for weekly/monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) reviews and support root-cause analysis for any deviations.

• Master Data Support:Help manage and update relevant master data and capacity inputs to ensure data accuracy for the planning tools.

• Team Assistance:Support the Supply Chain Sync Leader in daily administrative and analytical tasks including scenario planning exercises and export tracking.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Education:Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Economics Engineering or a related discipline (ideally with 12 years remaining before graduation).

• Experience:No prior professional experience in supply chain is required but previous internships academic projects or junior achievement activities related to logistics/analytics are a plus.

• Skills:

  • Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with MS Excel (vlookup pivot tables).

  • Eagerness to learn about network optimization inventory management and deployment planning.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

  • Intermediate to Advanced English (as you will interact with global/regional systems or teams).
