Contracting Specialist

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Contracting Specialist located in Sao Paulo.

ExperiencedAnalyst Contract Administration and Management

Established and productive individualcontributor whoworksunder moderate supervision. Executes contract administration processesutilizingcontract managementsystems andanalyzes research to develop a strong understanding of contract management systems and software.

Job Description

• Reviews data in the contract management system to drive efficient and effective customer and contract management.

• Administersand leadscontract management processes andidentifiesprocess improvements and optimizations.

• Implements basic pre-sale and post-signature contract support processes including fulfilling due diligence requests processing modifications close-out tasks communicating with contracted parties and answering inquiries.

• Communicates with businessunit projectteam and relevant cross-functional personnel to ensure the compliance and fulfillment of contracted terms.

• Drives research and analytics to support the offer developmentprocessleveragingproduct knowledge business acumen trends and insights.

• Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques processes and responsibilities.

• Understands and appliesCredoand Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company operating as DePuy Synthes.
