What this role is all about
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) you will focus on outbound prospecting and pipeline generation across assigned regions and industries. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Business Development Lead and a key entry point into Infobips commercial organization designed to prepare you for future growth into Mid-Market or Tier 1 customer-facing roles.
What youll do
- Execute outbound prospecting across target accounts industries and regions
- Engage prospects via email phone LinkedIn and digital outreach channels
- Research accounts stakeholders and buying personas to identify opportunities
- Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for Account Executives
- Collaborate with Regional Sales and Customer Facing teams on pipeline initiatives
- Maintain and execute outreach sequences using approved tools and methodologies
- Use prospecting and research tools to enrich and validate account data
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in Salesforce and outreach platforms
- Follow qualification standards and outreach best practices to ensure pipeline quality
- Leverage AI tools and automation to improve research outreach and productivity
- Continuously learn Infobip products solutions and customer use cases
