HR Manager Luxury Safari Tour Operator Botswana

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and professional HR Manager for a luxury safari tour operator based in Botswana.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic human resources professional with strong leadership abilities and a passion for developing people fostering positive workplace culture and ensuring HR best practices are maintained across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all human resources functions across the organisation

Manage recruitment onboarding and employee retention initiatives

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Ensure compliance with labour legislation and company policies

Support management with employee relations and performance management processes

Coordinate training and development programmes

Manage payroll-related HR administration and employee records

Drive staff engagement wellbeing and organisational culture initiatives

Provide strategic HR support to senior management

Requirements

Previous experience as an HR Manager preferably within hospitality tourism or luxury travel sectors

Relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field

Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and administrative abilities

Proven leadership and people management experience

Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

Experience working in remote or multi-site environments would be advantageous

Package

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Live-out position
