Our client in the HR industry is looking for an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead and manage the full HR function across a diverse multi-site operation.
This role requires a strategic yet hands-on HR leader who can partner with executive management while ensuring consistent implementation of HR best practices across all business units.
Position SummaryThe Human Resources Manager will be responsible for both strategic and operational HR leadership including industrial relations compliance recruitment talent management and workforce planning. The role also involves managing expatriate work permits driving employee engagement and fostering a high-performance culture.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership while ensuring alignment between HR strategy and overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership-
Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with business goals

Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with legislation and best practice

Prepare HR reports metrics and workforce analytics

Lead all industrial relations matters across the organisation

Advise management on labour law disciplinary procedures and employee relations

Manage disciplinary hearings grievances investigations and appeals

Conduct complex workplace investigations

Represent the organisation in labour disputes where necessary

Maintain strong relationships with employee representatives and stakeholders

Proactively manage employee relations to minimise risk

Oversee recruitment for management and specialist roles

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies

Manage relationships with recruitment agencies

Participate in senior-level interviews

Oversee onboarding and induction processes

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration Industrial Psychology or related field

Professional HR certification or membership is advantageous

8 10 years of HR experience including at least 5 years in a senior HR management role

Experience in multi-site operational environments

Proven experience managing expatriate work permits and immigration processes
