We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Warehouse Manager in Belize. Our client is a reputed organization in the Retail Consumer Electronics & Home Improvement sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations efficiently.
- Oversee inventory accuracy and stock movement.
- Supervise receiving storage and dispatch of products.
- Ensure proper handling of electronics appliances and home improvement products.
- Lead warehouse staff and monitor productivity.
- Maintain warehouse safety and operational standards.
- Coordinate with procurement logistics and retail teams.
- Prepare inventory and operational reports.
Required Skills
- Warehouse management in consumer electronics retail.
- Inventory control and stock reconciliation.
- Experience with ERP/Warehouse Management Systems.
- Team leadership and manpower planning.
- Logistics and supply chain coordination.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with large-format retail chains.
- Process improvement and warehouse optimization.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Work Experience Requirements
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years experience managing warehouses in home consumer electronics appliances or home improvement retail environments. Experience in organizations such as Jumbo Eros DG Sharaf Croma Vijay Sales ACE Hardware or IKEA is preferred.
Education
- Minimum: Graduate
- Preferred: Degree in Supply Chain Logistics Business Administration or related field (typical)
- Additional: Warehouse/Inventory certifications (typical)
Required Skills:
- Leverage your knowledge of electrical systems with a preference for those from an industrial background (UPS Solar Inverters APFC Drive). - Clearly communicate the technical benefits of our solutions to clients.
