Maintenance Manager (ElectronicsElectrical Equipment)

We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Maintenance Manager (Electronics/Electrical Equipment) in Belize. Our client is a reputed organization in the Retail Consumer Electronics & Home Improvement sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. • Lead maintenance operations for consumer electronics and electrical equipment.
  
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving home appliances and electronic products.
  
• Supervise and guide maintenance technicians to achieve operational efficiency.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  
• Coordinate with store operations for timely servicing of products.
  
• Monitor spare parts inventory and maintenance records.
  
• Improve equipment uptime through continuous process improvements.
  

• Consumer electronics maintenance with retail experience.
  
• Electrical troubleshooting and repair techniques.
  
• Preventive maintenance planning and execution.
  
• Team leadership and technician supervision.
  
• Knowledge of home appliances and home improvement products.
  

• ERP or maintenance management software exposure.
  
• Inventory and spare parts management.
  
• Experience in international retail operations.
  

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in consumer electronics appliances or home improvement retail stores. Experience in organizations such as Jumbo Eros DG Sharaf Croma Vijay Sales ACE Hardware or IKEA is mandatory.

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate
