Our client is a reputed organization in the Retail Consumer Electronics & Home Improvement sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily store sales operations and achieve revenue targets.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Drive sales of consumer electronics appliances and home improvement products.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve escalated issues.
- Analyze sales reports and implement improvement strategies.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store standards are maintained.
- Train and mentor sales staff on products and selling techniques.
Required Skills
- Retail sales management in electronics/home improvement.
- Team leadership and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of consumer electronics and appliances.
- Inventory and store operations management.
- Customer relationship and sales closing skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with multi-brand retail chains.

Education
- Minimum: Graduate
- Preferred: MBA or relevant management qualification
