About the Role

Were seeking a Business Analyst (Freelance) to join our clients mission-critical NIS2 compliance initiative. Youll bridge business and technical teams ensuring that access models are not only compliant but also scalable and future-proof.

What Youll Be Doing

• Lead the inventory and mapping of business applications collaborating with application owners to document authorization levels.
• Structure and consolidate access information in a central repository ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Coordinate facilitate and coach workshops with business stakeholders to model and validate access roles.
• Drive access recertification processes and implement the principle of Least Access Privilege producing audit-ready evidence for NIS2 compliance.
• Establish and document business profiles including privileged access creating reusable models for future access requests.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business profiles and RBAC models into operational tools (IGA Bastion PIM PAM etc.).
• Act as the vital link between business and operational teams ensuring seamless implementation of access controls.
