IAM Business Analyst
Location: Brussels Belgium

We are looking for an IAM Business Analyst to support Identity and Access Management initiatives with a strong focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ and access lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document functional and non-functional IAM requirements.
- Work with business stakeholders AO BO and IAM Operations teams to capture requirements and secure sign-off.
- Define IAM use cases and processes across Access Management Identity Lifecycle Management PAM reporting and analytics.
- Support IAM governance documentation including policies procedures standards and access reviews.
- Manage dependencies across IAM projects and support successful IAM deployments.
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Skills
- 810 years of experience in IAM Business Analysis.
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management processes.
- Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ auto-provisioning and access reviews.
- Strong requirements gathering documentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of IAM governance and regulatory requirements.
