They are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Strategy Analyst to join their team in Brussels. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills a strategic mindset and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments. As a Strategy Analyst you will play a crucial role in shaping our companys strategic direction by providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify industry trends competitive landscape and potential growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strategic models and frameworks to support business planning and decision-making processes.
- Analyze internal and external data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of strategic initiatives business plans and performance improvement projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information validate hypotheses and drive strategic projects.
- Prepare and present detailed reports presentations and dashboards for stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and suggest adjustments as needed.
- Stay informed about industry developments regulatory changes and emerging market opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Finance or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in strategy consulting business analysis or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel SQL and business intelligence platforms (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Dutch and/or French is highly desirable.
