As an Accounts Payable Officeryoulltake ownership of end-to-end accounts payable activities working with suppliers and internal stakeholders across Australia to ensureaccurateinvoice processingtimelypayments and exceptional service.

Process and manage supplier invoicesensuringaccuratecoding purchase order matching andtimelyentry into the finance system.
Deliver efficient end-to-end accounts payable services supporting theaccurateand on-time payment of suppliers across the business.
Prepare and coordinate weekly and monthly payment runs whilemaintainingaccuratecreditor records and account information.
Assistwith month-end activities including account reconciliations and ensuring financial records are complete andaccurate.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives byidentifyingopportunities to streamline processes and enhanceAccountsPayable performance.
Provide high-quality administrative support and collaborate with internal stakeholders branch teams and suppliers to resolve queries andmaintainstrong working relationships.
Certificate III in Business Administration or Finance or equivalentexperience in a similar role.
Demonstrated experience in an Accounts Payable position with strong knowledge of invoice processing purchase order matching and supplier account management.
Proven ability to accurately process high volumes of transactions whilemaintainingexceptional attention to detail and data integrity.
Experience preparing payment runs reconciling accounts and supporting month-end financial processes in a busy environment.
Strong computer literacy with confidence using ERP or accounting systems and intermediate Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel.
Well-developed analytical numerical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.
