About the role

Based at our Hazelmere facility on a Monday to Friday roster supporting the WA & SA Thiess Asset Operations.

In this role you will:

  • Liaise with customers and suppliers
  • Maintain registers and records of hired and owned assets.
  • Creating processing and reconciliation of Purchase Orders and Invoices.
  • Processing expense claims
  • Assist with day to day functions of the workshop

About you

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in a similar position.
  • Experience with JDE (or similar payroll/procurement tool).
  • Ability to work unsupervised strong problem solving and time management skills.
  • Analytical approach to business practices self auditing processes.
  • Industry experience will be essential.
