About the role
Based at our Hazelmere facility on a Monday to Friday roster supporting the WA & SA Thiess Asset Operations.
In this role you will:
- Liaise with customers and suppliers
- Maintain registers and records of hired and owned assets.
- Creating processing and reconciliation of Purchase Orders and Invoices.
- Processing expense claims
- Assist with day to day functions of the workshop
About you
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in a similar position.
- Experience with JDE (or similar payroll/procurement tool).
- Ability to work unsupervised strong problem solving and time management skills.
- Analytical approach to business practices self auditing processes.
- Industry experience will be essential.
