Warehouse Storeperson

Were looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Storeperson to join our warehouse team in Arndell Park. This is a hands-on all-round warehouse role where youll play an important part in ensuring customer orders are received stored picked packed and dispatched accurately and on time.

Youll work as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced environment contributing to operational excellence while maintaining high standards of safety quality and customer service. The role supports the day-to-day operation of the warehouse across inbound outbound and inventory activities.

• Receiving unloading and putting away incoming stock.
• Picking packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely while minimising product damage.
• Maintaining warehouse organisation stock locations and storage areas.
• Processing stock transfers returns and inventory movements.
• Assisting with cycle counts and stocktakes.
• Completing warehouse documentation and system transactions accurately.
• Reporting inventory discrepancies equipment issues and safety concerns.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency accuracy and safety.
• Supporting the broader warehouse team and assisting with other reasonable duties as required.

You are a dependable team player who enjoys physical work and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes. You have a strong focus on safety accuracy and customer service and are willing to learn and develop new skills.

Ideally youll bring:

• Previous warehouse logistics or distribution experience.
• Experience with picking packing receipting and dispatch activities.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer literacy and confidence working with warehouse systems.
• The ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• A positive attitude strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

• Forklift licence desirable but not essential.
• Current drivers licence desirable.
• Physical capability to safely perform manual handling tasks within a warehouse environment.
