About the Role

Elastomers Australia is seeking a proactive and highly organised Warehouse Coordinator to support our Operations Manager and oversee day-to-day warehouse operations. This hands-on position is responsible for ensuring the safe receipting storage retrieval and timely dispatch of goods while leading and guiding technicians within the warehouse.

Youll play a key role in ensuring Delivery In Full On Time (DIFOT) performance maintaining inventory accuracy and contributing to a safe and efficient working environment aligned with our core values.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Inventory Management

  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing goods ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Conduct stocktakes and maintain inventory accuracy using internal systems (ACCPAC)
  • Maintain equipment and tooling asset registers
  • Identify and resolve stock discrepancies and quality issues

Dispatch & Logistics

  • Pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time
  • Manage outbound freight bookings and documentation
  • Coordinate deliveries pickups and transport compliance (Chain of Responsibility)
  • Ensure all deliveries meet quality standards and customer expectations

Operational Support

  • Support DIFOT objectives and assist the Operations team
  • Source inspect and prepare tooling and equipment for site use
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams on stock levels and pricing
  • Assist in resolving delivery and operational issues

Equipment & Compliance

  • Maintain adequate stock of equipment tooling and consumables (including PPE)
  • Ensure all equipment is compliant tested and fit for site use
  • Conduct monthly warehouse inspections

Leadership & Culture

  • Promote a positive safe and collaborative work environment

About You

You are a reliable detail-oriented professional with strong organisational skills and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

To be successful you will have:

  • Proven warehouse coordination or logistics experience
  • Strong time management and multitasking ability
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Sound computer skills (Microsoft 365 and warehouse systems)
  • A current Forklift (High Risk Work) Licence
  • A valid Manual Drivers Licence
  • A current Test and Tag Certificate (desired)
    • UEECD0007 Apply work health and safety regulations codes and practices in the workplace
    • UEERL0003 Conduct in-service safety testing of electrical cord
  • Working at Heights Inspection Certificate (desired)
    • PUAEQU001 Prepare Maintain and Test Response Equipment
  • A solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
