As our business continues to grow we are looking for aWarehouse Assistant (Casual) to join our team. We value people who are enthusiastic eager to learn and committed to fostering a positive workplace this role youll play an important part in supporting the delivery of laboratory automation products that help advance healthcare and positively impact communities worldwide.

What youll do:

• Receive inspect and accurately store incoming goods and materials.

• Pick pack label and dispatch customer orders and internal shipments.

• Prepare shipments for domestic and international transport.

• Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.

• Ensure stock is stored correctly and warehouse locations are maintained.

• Conduct cycle counts and assist with periodic stocktakes.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and report stock discrepancies.

• Support urgent or priority customer shipments.

• Identify and report damaged defective or non-conforming materials.

• Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation.

• Maintain a clean organised and safe warehouse environment.

• Work collaboratively with Warehouse Logistics Production and Customer Service teams.

• Assist with general warehouse and logistics tasks as required.

Success in this role includes:

• Ensuring customer orders are shipped accurately and on time.

• Maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy.

• Supporting efficient inbound and outbound logistics operations.

• Building positive relationships with internal teams and logistics providers.

• Contributing to a safe compliant and well-organized warehouse.

What youll bring:

• Previous experience in a warehouse stores logistics or distribution environment.

• Demonstrated ability to accurately pick pack and process orders.

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills.

• Basic computer proficiency including experience using inventory management or ERP systems.

• Experience using Oracle ERP or similar enterprise systems would be desirable.

• Understanding of inventory control stock management and warehouse best practices.

• Forklift Licence (LF) is desirable or willingness to obtain one with company support.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Positive customer-focused attitude with a strong commitment to service.

• Reliable accountable and committed to delivering high-quality work.

• Adaptable proactive and willing to learn new skills and processes.

• Strong work ethic with the ability to prioritise tasks solve problems and meet deadlines.
