Part Time Fixed Term - Education Support Category B

St Josephs is a Catholic Edmund Rice Education Australia Boys Secondary College with an enrolment over 1800 students. This college community is committed to the safety wellbeing and protection of all children in our care. There is particular attention paid to the most vulnerable children including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children children from culturally and/or linguistically diverse backgrounds and children with a disability.

The College is seeking a Virtual Reality (VR) Laboratory Assistant to support the day-to-day operation of our innovative Virtual Reality (VR) Laboratory. The VR Laboratory Assistant plays a key operational and support role in enabling the effective day-to-day use of the Colleges Virtual Reality (VR) Lab as a curriculum-aligned learning environment.

This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring the VR Lab remains organised classroom-ready and fully equipped to support student learning and teaching activities. While not a technical specialist position applicants should have ICT knowledge and experience in setting up troubleshooting and maintaining ICT equipment. Experience in an education related setting and/or relevant tertiary education is desirable. Link to full Position Description below.

Salary is in line with the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022.
