Venue Manager | Multi-outlet Hospitality Operation

Lead a thriving hospitality operation where no two days are the same.

The Fresh Collective is seeking an experienced hands-on Venue Manager to lead our food and beverage operations at Strathfield Golf Club.

This isnt your typical restaurant management role.

Youll oversee a diverse operation including our busy Bistro 18 the popular Halfway Kiosk and a growing events business delivering everything from golf days and corporate functions to weddings celebrations and last-minute memorial services.

Its a role for someone who enjoys variety thrives under pressure and takes pride in running an operation that simply works.

Reporting to the Operations Manager youll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of all Fresh Collective food and beverage operations at Strathfield Golf Club.

Youll lead from the floor coach and develop your team manage financial performance and ensure every guest receives a consistently great experience.

This is a highly operational role where youll be balancing retail service member dining and a busy functions calendar often all at once.

Leading and developing a team of supervisors and front of house staff

Creating an engaging positive workplace culture with high standards and accountability

Delivering exceptional guest experiences for members golfers locals and event guests

Managing Bistro 18 the Halfway Kiosk and all Fresh Collective functions

Planning labour rosters and resources to meet changing business demands

Managing food and beverage costs stock control and financial performance

Working closely with Club management to ensure smooth daily operations

Resolving operational challenges quickly and professionally

Driving service standards training and continuous improvement across the venue

Youll already have experience leading a busy hospitality operation and be ready for a role where youll have genuine ownership and autonomy.

Has strong commercial awareness and understands labour food costs and profitability

Is organised practical and solutions-focused

Experience managing restaurants clubs pubs hotels or multi-outlet hospitality operations will be highly regarded.
