Job Summary

UX/UI design: Create intuitive user-centred digital experiences and interfaces.

Design process: Translate user/business needs into wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs.

User research: Experience with user research usability testing and design validation.

Tools: Strong proficiency in Figma Sketch Adobe XD or equivalent.

Design systems: Develop and maintain design systems style guides and reusable components.

Accessibility & responsive design: Strong understanding of accessibility usability and responsive design.

Collaboration: Work closely with product managers BAs developers and service designers in Agile teams.

Development support: Provide clear design specifications and guidance to developers.

Core strength: Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred problem-solving.

Communication: Strong stakeholder communication collaboration and ability to explain/storytell design decisions.

Required Skills:

1. Experience in Salesforce Vlocity platform using specifically Apex LWC Ominiscripts Flexcards. Integration procedure and DataRaptors. 2. Experience working with OOP frameworks & design patterns. 3. Experience in building and working with integration (example REST APIs Platform Events). 4. Platform Developer I Platform Developer II Ominstudio Developer certified. 5. Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud Community Cloud Health Cloud implementations. 6. Experience working with Source Control tools (e.g. GitLab) & package-based development
