Tyre Fitter

Location: Katanning WA

CGS Tyres is a locally owned and trusted tyre specialist servicing the Great Southern and Lower Wheatbelt region. We specialise in agricultural earthmoving truck commercial and passenger vehicle tyres providing expert tyre sales fitting repairs and on-site breakdown services.

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Tyre Fitter / Service Technician to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on position where no two days are the same. You will be working with a wide range of tyre sizes and applications including:

• Agricultural machinery and tractors
• Trucks and commercial vehicles
• Earthmoving equipment
• 4WDs and light vehicles
• Passenger vehicles

Duties include:

• Fitting balancing repairing and replacing tyres
• Performing puncture repairs and wheel alignments (training provided if required)
• Servicing customers both in-store and on-site
• Responding to breakdown and emergency call-outs
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Conducting routine inspections and tyre assessments

• Previous tyre fitting experience preferred but not essential
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Current Manual Drivers Licence (HR Licence advantageous)
• Ability to perform physically demanding work
