Our client is a growing travel and tourism business based in Adelaide Australia providing personalized travel planning and booking services. They are looking for a reliable and organized Travel VA to support daily operations and deliver excellent customer service.

Role Overview

The Travel VA will assist with travel research booking coordination itinerary preparation customer inquiries and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented proactive and capable of managing multiple travel arrangements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and coordinate flight hotel transportation and tour bookings.

- Prepare and update travel itineraries and booking confirmations.

- Respond to customer inquiries via email chat and other channels.

- Coordinate with airlines hotels and travel service providers.

- Assist with booking changes cancellations and refunds.

- Maintain accurate customer records and travel documents.

- Prepare travel quotations and basic reports.

- Support general administrative tasks and improve booking workflows.

Candidate Requirements

- At least 1 year of experience in travel coordination reservations or a similar role.

- Familiarity with travel booking platforms and reservation systems.

- Strong communication organizational and time-management skills.

- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

- Experience with Amadeus Sabre or Travelport is an advantage.
