What sets this role apartAt RAA we do things differently. Our Travel Consultants enjoy guaranteed earnings with a competitive base salary - we dont rely on commission structures. During your first nine months youll earn a base salary of $67700 plus super while you complete your training and build your expertise. From there youll progress to an experienced salary of $75985 plus super with the opportunity to earn even more through our rewarding incentive a time where travel can be unpredictable we provide financial stability and security so you can focus on delivering exceptional service without the pressure of commission-based sales.

In this role you will:

• Tailor and manage end-to-end travel bookings ensuring personalised experiences that cater to each members unique preferences.
• Act as a trusted advisor selling a wide range of travel products including flights accommodation cruises tours and more.
• Engage with our members in person over the phone via email and online.
• Exceed sales targets going above and beyond to achieve remarkable results.

About you

Youre a dynamic individual who is enthusiastic dedicated and genuinely excited about the world of travel. We are also looking for:

• A well-travelled explorer- youve experienced the world collecting stories from countless international adventures (please share where you have travelled in your cover letter).
• Ability to share your knowledge making the perfect recommendations to our members.
• A demonstrated track record of reaching high performing sales targets.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate multiple complex booking systems.
• You thrive in collaborative environments always ready to share ideas and help the team succeed.
