Travel Advisor Intern

Wedded Wonderland is a global luxury wedding and destination platform connecting couples with exceptional venues hospitality travel and wedding partners worldwide.

Were looking for a Travel Advisor Intern to join our Sydney office and support our Travel & Concierge team across luxury travel destination weddings honeymoons and guest travel.

This 3-month internship offers hands-on experience in luxury travel operations. Youll work alongside senior travel specialists assisting with destination research itinerary planning supplier coordination and guest support.

• Research luxury hotels destinations restaurants experiences transfers and travel services
  

• Assist with creating and updating travel itineraries and guest information
  

• Coordinate with hotels suppliers and travel partners to gather pricing and availability
  

• Support guest enquiries and ensure travel information is accurate and up to date
  

• Maintain CRM records supplier information and travel documentation
  

• Assist senior travel specialists with day-to-day travel and concierge operations
  

• Studying or recently graduated in Travel & Tourism Hospitality Business Events Marketing or a related field
  

• Genuine passion for luxury travel hospitality and destination weddings
  

• Excellent communication and research skills
  

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  

• Comfortable with Google Workspace Microsoft Office and online research
  

• Proactive curious and eager to learn
  

• Able to work from our Sydney office
  

Nice to have: Experience in travel hospitality events tourism or customer service plus knowledge of international destinations or luxury hotels.

• Practical experience in luxury travel and concierge operations
  

• Exposure to destination weddings and international travel
  

• Experience in itinerary development and supplier management
  

• Client and guest experience skills
  

• Understanding of luxury hospitality and travel markets
