Role Description: AWe are seeking an experienced Transformation Lead IT & Delivery Strategy to drive large-scale enterprise transformation programs. The role focuses on aligning technology initiatives with business outcomes leading multi-system integration legacy modernisation and data transformation programs across complex environments
Location: Melbourne Australia
Salary:15 AUD Total Gross

Roles and Responsibilities:
- - Lead end-to-end transformation programs from strategy through execution
- - Define target architecture roadmap and delivery strategy aligned to business goals
- - Drive multi-system integration initiatives
- - Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- - Lead workshops design sessions and governance forums
- - Manage delivery including timelines RAID dependencies and KPIs
- - Lead distributed teams and implement Agile/SAFe and DevOps practices
- - Ensure compliance with architecture and governance standards
Essential:
- - Degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
- - 15 years of experience in IT transformation or solution delivery
- - Proven experience in large-scale enterprise transformation programs
- - Understanding of integration APIs and cloud technologies
- - Experience in stakeholder management and governance
- - Experience in Telecom (OSS/BSS fulfilment activation)
- Experience with tools like Jira Confluence Jenkins GitLab
- Agile/SAFe certifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage complex programs and teams
- Strategic thinking with delivery focus
