Job Summary

About the role

As the Training Services Manager you will take the reins in leading a high-performing team and driving outcomes amidst a dynamic period of change management and continuous improvement. You will drive the implementation and delivery of vocational education training and employment programs tailored for apprentices trainees and their this vital community facing position you will build meaningful relationships across both Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal communities to raise awareness of life changing opportunities offered by TSNSW. Your work will directly empower individuals by championing specialised Aboriginal programs and connecting local community members to valuable training and career pathways.

About you

To be successful in this role you will bring a strong background in people management backed by previous experience leading a team to drive operational excellence.

You are a natural relationship builder and connect easily connect with diverse communities and stakeholders to boost training participation and completion rates. You also bring a sharp eye for detail ensuring seamless regulatory and contractual compliance across employers students and training providers.
