Lets talk about you

• Develop and maintain the overall Test Strategy Test Plans and Quality Assurance Framework.
• Define testing scope environments methodologies entry and exit criteria across all testing phases.
• Establish testing standards governance processes quality metrics and reporting frameworks.

• Lead all phases of testing including SIT UAT regression testing production verification and release readiness.
• Initially take a hands-on approach developing test scenarios test cases scripts and supporting artefacts.
• Coordinate testing activities across multiple teams environments integrations and vendors.
• Manage defect triage prioritisation retesting and resolution tracking.
• Monitor testing progress identify risks and proactively address delivery challenges.
• Support the transition from hands-on delivery to leadership as the testing team grows.

• Work closely with Program Managers Product Owners Architects Engineers Vendors and Business SMEs.
• Drive UAT planning execution and sign-off activities.
• Provide clear and concise reporting to governance forums and program stakeholders.

• Embed quality assurance practices throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation tooling and process improvements.
• Establish and track quality metrics that provide visibility into program health.

• Build coach and mentor testing resources across the program.
• Foster a culture of quality accountability and continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership and direction to both internal and external testing teams.
