In this role youll:


The Technical Specialist - Tolling ensures the stability performance and compliance of tolling applications through proactive monitoring incident management and operational readiness activities. The role is accountable for maintaining configurations conducting testing and root cause analysis and collaborating with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex technical issues. It also contributes to risk management reporting and continuous improvement while balancing operational support with system enhancements.

This position is based at our Parramatta Square office and will work within the teams established rhythm. This currently includes regular in-person collaboration days on Tuesday and Wednesday subject to changes as per workplace presence requirements. This position will require some flexibility to work evenings and occasionally overnight as well as infrequent weekend work to support critical 24/7 operational activities

About you


The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented technical professional with strong experience supporting enterprise applications particularly in complex integrated environments. They possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage incidents assess risks and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards. Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential alongside the ability to prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced operational setting.
