Whatyoullbring

• A postgraduate qualification (Mastersor PhD) in Cybersecurity Computer Science Information Security Information Technology ora closelyrelated discipline is; a PhD (completed or in progress) is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated expertise in one or more core cybersecurity domains including Network Security and Infrastructure Protection Digital Forensics Ethical Hacking and Penetration Testing Human-Centric Cybersecurity Cloud Security Security Operations Incident Response Cyber Threat Intelligence Secure Software Development Artificial Intelligence for Cybersecurity or IoT and Smart Systems Security.

• Current industry experience in cybersecurity information security digital forensics network security penetration testing security operations or cyber governance with the ability to integrate contemporary cybersecurity practices industry frameworks (e.g. NIST ISO/IEC 27001 Essential Eight) professional tools and engaging student-centredteaching approaches into the learning experience. Professional cybersecurity certifications (e.g.CISSP CEH OSCP CompTIA Security CISM GIAC or equivalent) are highly regarded.

• Strong facilitation skills across online and face-to-face learning environmentsin Higher Education

• Experience using learning technologies and digital tools to enhance teaching

• Confidence using or enthusiasm for adopting AI-enabled approaches in education

• Experience designing engaging learning and assessment activities

• A student-centredapproach to teaching and learning

• Strong communicationand collaboration skills

• A growth mindset and commitment to continuous professional learning

• Relevant postgraduate qualifications (or working towards completion)
