We are growing rapidly! To support this expansion we are scaling our recruitment team. This is a full-time onsite role located at our head office in Sydney Olympic Park.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will play a key role in driving our headcount growth engaging and on-boarding top-tier talent to meet the organisations needs.

• Source: Hunt for top talent using job boards social media and your own creative networking strategies.

• Screen: Conduct sharp phone and in-person interviews to find the perfect cultural and technical fit.

• Partner: Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand their gaps and advise on market trends.

• Close: Manage the offer process salary negotiations and ensure a seamless hand-off to on-boarding.

Youre a strategic highly empathetic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Youll likely have:

• Proven track record in high-volume internal or agency recruitment ideally within the Aged Care NDIS Healthcare or Community Services sectors.

• Exceptional accuracy and thoroughness in managing data documentation and multi-step processes.

• High energy resilient and capable of prioritising competing hiring needs without sacrificing candidate quality or compliance.

• Familiarity with ATS and HR platforms and social sourcing.

• Natural communicator with the ability to engage candidates quickly and build trust with internal hiring teams.
