Job Summary

What youll be doing

Youll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of a seamless high-touch recruitment processes. Youll:

  • Partner with the TA team on administration coordination and recruitment project support
  • Manage key process elements including background checks contract generation onboarding and reporting
  • Become a go-to expert on TA systems and processes
  • Support complex international mobility requirements particularly for senior-level expat recruitment
  • Help create exceptional experiences for candidates and hiring managers alike

This role is initially offered as a 6 month contract and on a remote working basis. 


Qualifications :

What youll bring

Were looking for someone whos organised proactive and confident in a fast-moving environment. To succeed in this role youll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a TA Coordinator rolebonus points if youve worked in mining resources or large multi-site businesses
  • The ability to manage senior stakeholders and candidates with warmth and professionalism
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative solutions-focused mindset
  • Experience with SuccessFactors and Fit2Work is a plus and strong Excel skills are essential
