Classification grade: Clerk Grade 5/6

Salary: $102936- $113579 p.a. base salary (employers contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading is paid in addition to the base salary.)

Work type: Full-Time 35 hours per week - ongoing

Work location: Our primary place of work is located at 252 Pitt Street Sydney.

About the role

As the Talent Acquisition Advisor you will play a key role in attracting and securing talent that supports the ongoing success of our organisation. You will partner with hiring managers to deliver efficient high-quality recruitment solutions providing expert advice and guidance throughout the recruitment lifecycle. You will also coordinate advertising candidate sourcing interviews assessments and pre-employment processes.

This role is ideal for a results-driven recruitment professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering high-quality outcomes. You will bring solid organisational skills sound judgement and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement and the candidate experience.

Essential requirements

Demonstrated experience working in an in-house recruitment environment

Demonstrated experience in the use of eRecruitment and Human Resources Information Systems

  • Has demonstrate experience delivering end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities within a busy in-house recruitment environment.
  • Is proficient in eRecruitment and HR systems preferably SuccessFactors with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Builds strong relationships and provides professional customer-focused support to candidates hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Effectively manages multiple priorities delivers outcomes within tight timeframes and adapts to changing business needs.
  • Communicates confidently and professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders including senior leaders and candidates.
  • Values diversity and inclusion and is committed to delivering a positive accessible and inclusive candidate experience.
