The Role

Were looking for a Systems Analyst to join our Safety and Infrastructure team on and play a key role in improving the systems processes data and reporting that support our services for children and young people.

Working closely with operational teams and system providers youll identify opportunities to improve functionality streamline workflows strengthen data quality and enhance reporting capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analysing gathering and documenting business requirements
  • Review system functionality and recommend ways to improve user experience and organisational outcomes
  • Be the main point of contact when working with software providers and the internal Burdekin team to resolve system issues
  • Developing and enhancing reports dashboards and data insights
  • Minimum one years experience in a similar role such as business analysis systems administration process improvement or systems optimisation.
  • Supporting change management and training for different teams within Burdekin

Essential Requirements

  • Ability to work autonomously demonstrate initiative and communicate effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
  • At least one year experience in a similar role e.g business analysis systems administration process improvement or systems optimisation
  • Experience working with CRMs
  • Strong stakeholder engagement facilitation and negotiation skills
  • Experience working with a variety of employees across an organisation
  • Experience coordinating organisational change
  • Experience working with and managing software providers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills particularly excel
  • Current WWCC and NPC or willing to obtain one
  • Valid NSW Drivers licence and access to own vehicle

Experience in the community services industry NGO or OOHC would be highly regarded as would experience with ChildStory Smarter Soft DCJ DEX Power BI or similar systems and reporting environments.
