Were looking for an experienced System Support & Business Analytics Lead who sees more than data on a page. Someone who understands that good information can tell a story uncover what needs attention challenge the way we think and help an organisation make better decisions for its people services and communities.

Leading our Performance and Analytics and CIMS teams youll bring together organisational reporting business intelligence business analysis and client information management to help RFQ see the bigger picture. Youll turn complex information into meaningful insight giving our Executive Team Board and service leaders greater visibility of whats happening across RFQ where opportunities exist and where our attention can make the greatest difference. Youll also help shape the client information environment that sits behind our services strengthening the quality integrity and use of information so our teams have systems and information they can trust to support their work.

This is an opportunity to lead a specialist function with genuine organisation-wide influence. Your work may happen behind the scenes but its impact will be felt much further helping RFQ learn improve and make thoughtful evidence-informed decisions that ultimately support better experiences and outcomes for the people and communities we walk alongside.

What youll be doing

Youll lead a specialist function with broad organisational reach including:

• Guide and develop the Performance and Analytics and CIMS teams setting priorities building capability and ensuring continuity of critical reporting and information services.
• Oversee organisational reporting across contractual funding service outcomes executive and Board requirements ensuring information is accurate meaningful and delivered when it matters.
• Turn complex organisational information into clear business intelligence and insight that supports executive oversight and evidence-based decision-making.
• Provide functional stewardship of RFQs Client Information Management environment strengthening data quality governance business rules and system practices that support service delivery outcomes reporting and billing assurance.
• Drive complex business analysis and improvement translating organisational needs into practical sustainable reporting information and business solutions.
• Shape and continuously improve business intelligence and analytical solutions including Power BI and Power Platform.
• Partner across service delivery corporate teams ICT and external vendors to strengthen reporting information management and organisational capability.

This is business-side system stewardship rather than an ICT role. Youll bring a strong understanding of how systems data and information need to work for the business while partnering with ICT and technical specialists where technical expertise is required.

What youll bring!

Youre an experienced leader who can move comfortably between the bigger organisational picture and the detail required to make reporting analytics and information systems work well.

Youll bring:

• Demonstrated people leadership experience within a reporting analytics data business intelligence or comparable function.
• Strong experience across business analysis organisational reporting analytics and complex cross-functional improvement.
• Experience providing functional stewardship or business ownership of a client case management CRM or comparable information system.
• Advanced hands-on Power BI capability including data transformation modelling DAX dashboards and reporting.
• Experience developing practical business solutions using Power Apps with broader Power Platform capability highly regarded.
• Strong analytical capability and the ability to turn complex information into meaningful measures insights and advice.
• Experience interpreting contractual service compliance or reporting requirements and translating them into effective business and information solutions.
• Strong judgement communication and influencing skills with the ability to work effectively with operational teams corporate functions and senior leaders.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in business analysis information systems data analytics business technology or a related discipline are desirable or you may bring substantial equivalent experience.
