Job Summary
Join a busy electrical workshop near Brisbane Airport building and wiring industrial switchboards. Working alongside experienced supervisors and production teams you will assemble test and fault-find on high-quality switchboard projects with the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
- Assemble and wire modular switchboards
- Install breakers relays busbars and components
- Read and interpret electrical schematics
- Conduct testing fault finding and quality checks
- Maintain compliance with Australian Standards
- QLD Electrical Licence
- Switchboard or switchgear experience
- Ability to read electrical drawings
- Strong industrial electrical background
- High attention to detail and safety focus
- $40 (TAs) - $55/hr (Electricians) penalties
- Casual to permanent opportunity
- Consistent workshop-based work
- Overtime available
- Onsite parking and easy access location
