What would I be doing
As aSupportOfficer you will play a crucial role in helpingto providetailoredsupportforpeople with disabilityin their jobtomaintainlong-term employment.
Youwillwork in partnership with our clients and employers to provide on-the-job supporttothatassistsinmaintainingemployment. This couldinclude:
- Learn and understand job requirements from the employer whileidentifyingworkplace support needs for clients.
- Identifyingclientsupportneedsin the workplace and provideindividualised coachingguidanceand training.
- Monitor and document client performance and progress whileprovidingregularfeedback to both clients and employers.
